Due to agrarian product being distributed all over, we’ve established a complete collection and rotation system throughout the country. The alliance includes growers, cultivators, commodity dealers, suppliers, brokers and transporters.

The sourced products are checked for quality and norms at the place of origin. Packing as per customer demand is done at the same point. We work on a strict translucency/ Traceability base.

Our Quality Forbearance span across the procurement to the processing and shipping to our guests. We believe in working strictly and stringently on a plan of action and furnishing a clear, time recognized and a transparent account to our import guests and satisfying them completely of their queries. A detailed step to step report right from the choice of the civilization, procurement of the crop, specification of the incoming raw material, processing, sorting & packaging musts are guarded by good and educated hands and utmost care and co-operation for shipping is handed to buyer.

We follow 100 obligatory Traceability Plan that includes Procurement Plan, Storage, Processing, Containerization and Shipping. All needed fumigation and other quality instrument etc, are maintained as per the request of our guests and our internal commercial governance team.

Every truck cargo of weight that’s entered from product to storehouse is first checked with 10 slice base. Each truck report is seperately recorded and maintained and reported to quality control platoon before the truck cargo is approved for warehousing. A dupe of the final quality control report of the truck cargo is given to the product platoon and the payload platoon.

While off loading the truck, another fresh set of 10 slice is done on arbitrary base tore-verify the effectiveness of the first qc report. Then, we do the estimation of the two different 10 slice done. The data is recorded and handed to the QC platoon. Corrective conduct are taken if any major variation noticed from the first slice process.

On a journal base, an independent surveyor is hired to do the third slice and variations are linked between slice process 1, 2, & 3.

Each lot of the truck lot is precisely marked with qc data and storehouse position data so the shipping platoon can match the demand of the client with the weight available. thus, connecting the warehousing and shipping part of our process. This process enables us to track exactly which truck/ product lot goes into which vessel and thus the traceability from thereon.
